As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF, he has accumulated more than 3,000 hours of executive coaching and mentoring experience. His extensive certification portfolio includes Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from CTI, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Mental Fitness Coach from Positive Intelligence, and several other professional credentials. Currently serving as a Board Member and Human Capital Development Consultant, Fahad also contributes as a trainer with MISK Foundation for Future Path Career Essentials and SPARK Entrepreneurs programs, combining his expertise in executive coaching with organizational development.
